Retun Policy


1.    Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department at: support@devizer.co.in.


2.    All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 7 days from ship date. We allow you 7 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with, whether it is defective or not.


3.    Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice, as well as a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.


4.    To obtain authorization please mail at: support@devizer.co.in. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing. If you have not received credit for returned goods after the 8-week period please contact customer service. Please note freight charges are not eligible for reimbursement.


5.    Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Devizer, in its sole discretion, to be defective.
